Del 21 al 23 de marzo en Bruselas, Bélgica, tuvo lugar el Brussels Forum organizado por el German Marshall Fund. Al mismo asistió el Presidente de CRIES, Andrés Serbin, quien participo en un panel sobre América Latina. En el panel también estuvieron presentes Diego Cánepa (Prosecretario de la Oficina de la Presidencia de Uruguay), Andrés Rozental (Senior Fellow del Brookings Institute) y como moderador Christian Leffler (European External Action Service).

Como documento de apoyo, el German Marshall Fund presento un documento titulado Brussels Forum Views compuesto por notas de los participantes, en el cual se incluye la nota de Andrés Serbin titulada Scaling New Summits.

The Brussels Forum, organized by the German Marshall Fund took place in Brussels, Belgium, from the 21st to the 23rd of march. Andrés Serbin, President of CRIES, participated in the event in a panel on Latin America. Also present in the panel where Diego Cánepa (Prosecretary of the Office of the President Uruguay), Andrés Rozental (Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institute) and moderator Christian Leffler (European External Action Service).
